Everest Research positions NGA as global market star performer
Everest Group has ranked NorthgateArinso (NGA), the global provider of HR systems and services, as a leader in the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) market. The global consulting and research firm recognised NGA as a market star performer, with the strongest advancement in the HRO sector.
The Human Resources Outsourcing Annual Report 2011 helps buyers of HR services to understand the changing dynamics of the Multi-Process HRO market and identify trends for 2011. The report ranks service providers in the PEAK (Performance, Experience, Ability, Knowledge) matrix, which Everest uses as a framework to assess the market success, capabilities and strengths of more than 15 HRO suppliers.
In this year’s report, Everest recognised NGA as a market star performer, one of five HRO suppliers with the strongest development across the following two dimensions:
• Market success in 2010 based on annualized contract value growth, number of contracts signed and value of contracts in the last year
• Capability advancements in 2010 based on expansion of scale, scope, delivery footprint and technology investments
“Through the successful integration of its acquisitions, NGA leapfrogged to a new level of scale and delivery capability, especially in terms of North American presence and offshore leverage. The company transitioned from being a major contender to the market leader in the Multi-Process HRO market,” summarised Rajesh Ranjan, research director at Everest Group. “Although we’ve seen India-heritage providers stealing market share from other established market players, NorthgateArinso has made impressive strides forward. It increased its number of new deals signed from 9 per cent to 12 per cent of total market volume and from 14 per cent to 19 per cent of total contract value – a great achievement in the last two years.”
